Your Responsibilities

As a trainee, you will assist the purchasing team in the procurement process : 

You manage various purchasing quotes (request, preparation and follow-up), You manage orders and their invoices, You help to evaluate suppliers, You keep the various files up to date in compliance with the company's policies and regulations, You monitor outstanding issues to ensure that they are dealt on time, You ensure that documents are updated in the ERP system, You help to prepare supplier meetings. Your Profile You have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or economics, You have at least two years' experience in purchasing or in any related area.  You have a good command of English (speaking and writing)  You are familiar with MS Office and an ERP, and have a basic knowledge of Share Point, You have an analytical mind and good interpersonal skills, and you are team-player and flexible.
