Key Responsibilities:
Create captivating content for our social media platforms to attract potential candidates. Work closely with the team to understand recruitment needs and contribute to targeted campaigns. Learn to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and recruitment.Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a 3-year degree or Diploma in Digital marketing, Digital Content or similar. Must be a South African citizen.Skills:
Proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools. Excellent social listening skills. Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space. Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills. Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills. Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask. Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Up to date with key trends & industry news. Ability to work well under pressure. Deadline driven / time management. Team player with a can-do attitude. Innovative and Organised. Resilient and courageous. Self-managed and takes the initiative.
