YES Intern: Payroll
TFG
Key Responsibilities:
Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and issues Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless payroll processing Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as required Monitoring data to ensure accurate records of employee attendance, hours worked, and other relevant information Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and employee information Ensuring compliance with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and relevant sectoral determinations Stay up-to-date on changes to payroll legislation and regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
Must have a degree or diploma in Accounting/Finance or related qualification.
Skills:
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) A good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel A natural problem solver Self-motivated Takes responsibility for own development A team playerBehaviours:
