What You Will Be Doing:As the YES Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating the risks of noncompliance, both externally and internally.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities: Design and implement daily procedures and review/assess activities against internal control standards. Direct and participate in the risk and compliance education of the organization, ensuring ongoing and follow up education including regulations, policies, procedures, and trends. Constantly report to management concerning the organization’s compliance with laws and regulations. Develop, initiate, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the segment's compliance program and its related activities. Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations. Identify potential risk and compliance vulnerabilities; develop corresponding corrective action plans for resolution of these issues and providing guidance for use in future situations. Coordinate and as requested, lead segment-wide compliance process improvement projects according to priority and completion objectives using basic program management techniques. Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner. Additional duties as assigned by manager. Education/Experience: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 3+ years of industry experience. Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) preferred. Required Qualifications/Skills: Risk Management: Ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Planning and Organizing: Ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way. Influencing: Ability to impact decisions within and outside the organization. Process Improvement: Ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services. Internal Controls: Ability to create, implement, evaluate and enhance processes in internal controls. Environmental Job Requirements:Environment: Most of your time is spent sitting. Typically works in a temperature controlled office.

Will require appropriate Personal Protection Equipment to be worn when in a shop environment.Travel:
Typically does not require travel.
