Job DescriptionFacilitate and develop a close relationship between Standard Bank, the estate agents, developers and clients to ensure all potential buyers are referred to Standard Bank. Proactively sell Standard Bank home loan products to new property buyers through dedicated estate agents /developers to maximize our market share and grow the banks home loan book. Provide training and support to the estate agents/developers with a view to achieve our desired market share.
QualificationsAn NQF Level 6 qualification equivalent to a National Diploma.Valid drivers license (Code 8)Additional InformationExperience:
2-3 years experience in the field of home loans and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain leads from estate agents prior to the offer to purchase being completed for pledge or bond opportunities.Proactively and aggressively sell home loans products to potential buyers in the market.Guarantee ongoing business referrals from estate agents by providing above-average service, thus ensuring that Standard Bank is marketed as the preferred financial institution for home loans business.Track businesses submitted to ensure accepted turn around times are met.Interview customers and complete application forms, obtaining all the required information/documentation.Behavioural Competencies:
