X-TA Excellence Manager, Medicine
**The Position** Will provide strategic oversight and lead activities driving the capabilities of the medical customer-facing team to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Medical Affairs organization across TAs. The position will monitor the progress and the profiling of Medical Affairs related projects and optimize/maintain project management system, database, documents and tools, and provide oversight over management Grants, Investigator-Initiated Studies, local clinical studies, Real-world evidence projects, External Collaborative Research, and publication management. Also, the position is to execute and harmonize Medicine TAs and internal resources for compliance management, processes optimization, environment maintenance and continuous improvement, so as to achieve efficient and high quality output from Medicine TA perspective. Lastly, the position will support TA related portfolio management, including cross TA portfolio consolidation, clinical projects status under Taiwan medicine. **Task & Responsibilities:** + Implementation of Global/Regional/ROPU Medical Affairs and all X-TA initiatives (including Medical information function), insights management, systems and processes that enable the activities of the Medical Affairs Team, enabling standardized and consistent business practices across the organization. + Optimize Medical Affairs related process and systems. Manage the implementation of different process and tools to ensure the well adaption and used across TAs. Analyze and report process related outcomes, and proactively identify issues at an early phase for improvement. + Organize periodical Medical Affairs meeting, local clinical study review committee and related governance meeting + Identify capability needs for Medical Affairs and TA organization. Develop and improve cross functional expertise through developing capability building activities in line with function competency model and business objectives. Foster a culture of customer centricity and performance + Leads the monitoring and functional quality assessment for Medical Affairs activities.
