Job Overview:

RWJBH Orthopedics is seeking an X-Ray Tech for our division based in River Edge, but will have coverage for other locations in Livingston and Millburn as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduated from an accredited radiology program

Preferred:

1 year of relevant work experienceAdditional knowledge of leg length series is a plusEPIC knowledge is a plusWorking with Carestream XR machine and Horizon Health Care PACS is a plusExperience with non-weightbearing patients/stretcher patients is a plus

Certifications and Licenses Required:

Must be registered through The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiographyMust hold a NJ state license as a Diagnostic Radiologic technologist

Scheduling Requirements:

7:45am - 4:30pmFull Time

Essential Functions:

X-ray tech needed for multispecialty orthopedic practice, 8-12 providers, 5-6 physician assistants

>40 x-rays per day, multiple views for Sports Medicine, Trauma and Joint Replacement, Upper Ext, Lower Ext, and Spine
