Position Summary
The Wynsoft Support Specialist responds to and resolves customer requests through the Client Care Service Desk.
Responsibilities Receives calls and emails from customers with functional issues with conveyor systems, software, voice/light pick systems, and automated systemsProvides remote and on-site troubleshooting including resolution of software and hardware issuesEnlists help of other technical expertsCommunicates status and resolution of issuesUpdates and maintains CRM recordsShares 24/7 on-call duties within the departmentWorks on projects as assignedContributes to and updates Knowledgebase Qualifications Associate degree in Software Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of Service Desk or customer support experience Must be bilingual, with strong proficiency in both English and Spanish Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBasic prioritization and time management skillsSome technical knowledge and acumen Competence with Windows OS and Microsoft Office applicationsWillingness to learnAdaptable to changeExemplifies Daifuku / Wynright Core ValuesMust be able to travel up to 20% Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareRefer this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
