Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned industrial projects across various countries. Liaise with clients, internal teams (e.g., technical experts, sales, logistics), and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors). Prepare regular project reports for management.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, International Business or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within an international environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential. Experience with Microsoft Suite Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
