Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.

The individual in this role will provide consultation, educational, knowledge, skills and support of the bedside nurse to manage patients at risk for pressure injury development, as well as patients with wounds and/or ostomies and educational services to patients and their family members to assist them in the management of their individual wound care and ostomy needs. The Wound Care and Ostomy Nurse will report to the Program Director of the Wound Care Center (WCC)®, as well as maintaining a dotted line reporting structure to the Senior Director of Inpatient Services with Healogics.
