Workstation Sales Specialist

Job Summary

This role is pivotal in leveraging deep product knowledge to build and maintain strong client relationships, devising effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Workstation in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining a robust sales pipeline and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include acting on client feedback to improve services, supporting Enterprise Account Managers in negotiating contracts, and mentoring junior team members to foster their professional development. The Workstation Specialist will play a crucial role in our sales team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organisation's products or services, including technical details, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Builds strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals to offer tailored solutions.Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed targets driving revenue growth.Collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of strategies.Provides support to Enterprise Account Managers in managing client relationships, driving pursuits, and renewing contracts.Leads contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.Develops a robust long-term sales pipeline to enhance the organisation’s market presence in a specialised area.Acts upon client feedback in collaboration with internal teams to improve the quality of products or services and strengthen client relationships.Shares expertise and best practices with junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their sales goals.Stays informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify target markets, create pricing strategies, and set sales goals.


Education & Experience Recommended

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
