Reporting to: Building Services Manager

About the role:

Our team is hiring for a Workspace Services Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis from our Milton Keynes offices! We are looking for the most vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic candidate. We want team members to be outgoing, customer focused, always willing to help and always willing to own a problem to completion.

You should be a team player, who will always go above and beyond to achieve. You will maintain a ‘can-do’ attitude and will always support the customer both internal or external is every action. The ideal candidate would be based at an extremely fast paced and dynamic office and assist with full operational responsibility for delivery of Facility Services.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise the post room and ensure all deliveries and in/outbound mail is managed and distributed across floors.Provide cover for the Front of House/ reception duties for Illness/ Annual Leave/ Lunch relief.Attend audits on Facilities Management documentation and process’ for BSI’s ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO45001 and accreditations.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication, teamwork, and a positive work culture.Manage HSE compliance with regards to fire warden and first aid rota.Support with all security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Security Patrol, etc.)Support the Facilities Manager in all Facilities Management functions. Setting rooms up for meetings, conferences, and collaboration spaces.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively liaise with visitors, suppliers, and staff of all levels of the business.Client focused skills.Adaptable to the various duties of the post.Confident and courteous manner, both in person and on callsCultural sensitivity and awarenessAbility to work as an individual or work well as part of the team.
