Responsibilities

Development and validation of the disassembly, assembly, cleaning, inspection and test work instructions.

Managing the tooling, facility equipment and software to improve TAT, quality and reduce labor hours.

Identification, evaluation and implementation of best practices for production lines

Make sure the work instruction, tooling, facility equipment, software and best practices are comply with regulation and SEC’s OPM requirements

Prepare work instruction for individual engine and make sure they are complying with the work scope requirements.

Engine maintenance process trouble shooting and technical support.

Conduct investigation and root cause analysis on engine maintenance process

Defective engine parts dispositions as necessary

Other tasks per company requirement or supervisor assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 4 Years’ experience on aerospace engine hardware and / or test experience, with CFM56 / V2500 experience.

Colleague degree or above in mechanical, aeronautical or engineering.

CAAC license on PWT or MEC and experience with engine performance and test data analysis are preferred.

Has Jet engine overhaul engineering experience is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
