Job DescriptionPlan and execute the marketing strategy for the Bosch Car Service concept, including budget planning and control, as well as coordination of marketing campaigns, events, festivals, and conventionsRoll out new services for the Bosch Car Service network, including developing business models, setting pricing strategies, and introducing service packages to develop Value Added ServicesSet up and lead strategic cooperation with key partners, resolving customer queries and complaintsManage relationships with suppliers and other internal departments in the companySupport the Workshop Concepts Sales team in the implementation of the Concept in the marketManage the invoicing and payment process, ensuring accuracy and updating customer and supplier records as neededManage the contracting process, revising content based on regulations and market requirementsCoordinate customer surveys, assessments, and complaints regularly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

MatricDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldHonors in Marketing is advantageous

SKILLS:

Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholdersExceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail for managing invoicing and contractsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
