You'll work alongside our international Global Security team and partners to craft innovative Threat Management procedures and Workplace Violence Prevention strategies, ensuring the safety and security of JPMorgan Chase employees.
As a Workplace Violence Threat Manager within our Global Security team, you will support escalated threat cases by developing security policies, ensuring compliance, and managing security operations. Aligned to a specific function or region, you will report to a Threat Manager and the Threat Management Program Manager. Your key responsibilities include acknowledging case details, data entry, managing case systems, organizing interviews, and consulting on case management. You will also gather information, assess threats, consult stakeholders, and incorporate mitigation strategies to ensure effective threat management.
Job Responsibilities
Actively respond, manage and maintain cases of all case-types to include report writing and record retention Conduct witness interviews and provide assessments as required Provide program support for other GS/TM partners (Global Intelligence, Insider Threat) Serve as liaison support for cross-functional partners Provide case support for all TMs as needed and based on caseload/on-call support Support the development of best practice documents and standard response protocols Conduct supplemental threat assessments in support of TMs Utilize internal databases to execute long-term monitoring of persons of concern Leverage partnerships to continuously monitor persons of concern Support data integrity, TM case metrics, and trends analysis Provide regular updates on all casesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Threat Management, Law Enforcement, Intelligence Analysis, and/or Corporate Security Role BA or BS Degree in History, Criminal Justice, Intelligence, or Political Science or equivalent years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS office suite Ability to think quickly and make decisions while under pressure Strong communication and organizational skills Available to travel 10% Able to work extended hours to include nights and weekends as needed Experience working cross-functionally, individually, and as a team and achieve buy-in from stakeholders Proven ability to lead meetings, problem solving to identify solutions to issues, creative thinking and independently take initiative Proven ability to work effectively in a global team environment and drive results in a complex organizationPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills.
Experience in ESRI/ArcGIS Excel and PowerPoint/Pitch Pro skills Hold relevant certifications (e.g., ATAP, CTM) are a plus
