ZGF is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Supervisor to join our team in our Portland, Oregon office. We are looking for self-directed people who are experienced technologists possessing excellent communication and organization skills.

As a Workplace Technology Support Supervisor, you will…

Work closely with the Workplace Technology Support ManagerSupervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Workplace Technology Support team across all ZGF officesDevelop and maintain support processes which ensure a high level of service throughout the organizationTrack support requests and incidents in our ticketing system, identifying patterns and prioritizing appropriatelyTrain and provide guidance to team members on technical issuesProvide performance review feedback about supervised staffProvide escalation support to Workplace Technology Support teamWork closely with other groups within technologyTrain non-IT staff

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyAbility to respond quickly to high-priority needsComfortable working in an environment characterized by frequent changeExcellent problem-solving skills, providing suitable solutions to complex technical problemsWorking knowledge of IT ticketing systemsStrong technical troubleshooting skillsDeep familiarity with Windows OS and MS365 productsFamiliarity with iOS and Android devicesOccasionally requires ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Base Salary Range

$81.000/yr - $95.000/yr
