Description

As the Workplace Experience Partner, you will be a key driver in creating positive workplace experiences that support collaboration, creativity, and innovation. From coordinating daily operations across global offices and supporting community engagement to organising cultural rituals and developing our sustainability strategy, you will have an important part in shaping a collaborative and inspiring work environment. 

Furthermore, your involvement will support continuous operational improvements through the diligent maintenance of systems, policy updates and development, and cross-functional collaboration across all our offices.

What We Expect from You as Our Workplace Experience Partner

Bringing Our Offices to Life

Create dynamic and inspiring office spaces that support creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and develop office spaces that are both functional and inspiring Plan and oversee facility-related projects, such as layout changes, renovations, or expansions, ensuring spaces meet evolving business needs. Rituals and Office Events Lead and support our team of Community Assistants in London and Italy, ensuring the smooth daily operation of both offices while collaboratively managing the Global Events Calendar for TrueLayer. Organise and deliver office rituals and events that build team connection, celebrate achievements, and strengthen company culture, including Brown Bag sessions and other key gatherings. Work closely with the EA team in coordinating and producing impactful internal events, such as All Hands, Quarterly Kick-Offs.

Facilities Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including cleaning, electrical systems, and maintenance ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Build and maintain good vendor relationships, overseeing contracts, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure building security through access control, alarm systems, and emergency preparedness measures. Oversee compliance with workplace safety regulations, including Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and building codes.

Health, Safety, & Occupational Wellbeing

Develop, implement, and regularly update health and safety policies. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, addressing gaps promptly. Promote occupational health (OH) initiatives to create a safe and welcoming workplace environment.

Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs

Partner with the People Partners team to promote employee engagement, recognition programs, and meaningful moments throughout the employee lifecycle. Develop and refresh internal and external recognition programs to celebrate individual and team achievements and milestones. Work with a wider People team and Leadership to align recognition initiatives with company values, enhancing company morale.

Sustainability and CSR Leadership

Develop and implement sustainability policies, including an annual carbon offsetting strategy and energy efficiency initiatives. Coordinate efforts for the Ecovadis Annual Award and broader sustainability goals, from office supplies to events, ensuring TrueLayer’s actions positively impact the community and environment. Partner with the Commercial team to develop and maintain/grow? a sustainability RFP library Promote CSR initiatives such as volunteer days, ensuring employees can actively support causes they care about.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives

Pursue and establish practices that promote a work setting where diversity is embraced, equitable treatment is standard, and inclusion is integral. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure DEI remains integral to all workplace initiatives and culture. Benefits
