Workplace Experience (Concierge)
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Concierge in Miami, Florida. This role is in-person and is based within the industry of Facilities Management. As a Workplace Experience Concierge, your main responsibilities will be to serve as the first point of contact for incoming vendors, support market managers, and coordinate office events and catering needs. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming vendors including food, HVAC, janitorial, and others. • Support client Market Managers with their needs and inquiries. • Coordinate and set up office events to ensure smooth operations. • Manage the ordering and coordination of catering needs for office events and meetings. • Greet people at the entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. • Handle email and Slack messages, focusing mainly on coordinating catering needs. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, for communication and organization tasks. • Maintain office professionalism, ensuring a conducive work environment for all. • Supervise office functions, ensuring the smooth running of operations. • Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and clients, managing their inquiries and complaints. Requirements • Proficient in providing excellent customer service • Knowledgeable about various office functions • Ability to generate reports as needed • Experience in answering inbound calls efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook • Capable of supervising a team • Familiar with receptionist duties • Understanding of security protocols • Ability to coordinate with vendors effectively • Skilled in handling correspondence • Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks • Fluent in English language • Familiarity with facility and property management • Excellent communication skills • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus • Experience in shipping procedures • Ability to maintain logs accurately • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites • Experience in facilities management • Ability to handle complaints professionally • Skilled in making reservations • Experience in arranging catering services • Ability to make travel arrangements • Familiarity with transportation services TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
