The Workover Supervisor for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache’s Drilling, Completions and Workover team at the company's Pecos office reporting to the Workover Manager - DB.

This role will be primarily responsible for the following:

Directly supervise the wellsite and wellsite leads driving safety culture, operations quality and cost management that aligns with Apache’s corporate goals and expectations.  Liaise with vendors to line up services for well sites and review performance.  Provide input to managers regarding vendor performance.  Audit rigs, eqpt, and services continually to align with safety standards (Control of Work, LOTO, BOP drills).  Lead JSA’s and communicate risks and mitigation strategies.  Audit PPE compliance with personnel on location.  Ensure wellsite operating practices follow well control and barrier requirements.  Understand what the wellbore is doing and communicate recommendations to deviate from procedure to engineers and managers.  Utilize wellview for inputting accurate and thorough daily time log and cost information.  Stamp, code and sign tickets on location to validate services performed.  Support the wellsite leads as required.  Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

High School / GED 7+ years of workover rig experience in supervisory role 2+ years of P&A rig experience Operational management of all workover and P&A activities Leading wellsite teams MS Teams MS Outlook MS Excel (basic level) MS Word Wellview Well Control  H2S Competencies
