Join the Protection & Resilience Advisory team at Allianz Services to strengthen the organization's ability to handle disruptions through expert guidance in risk management, business continuity, and resilience strategies. We work globally with Allianz Entities to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the protection of operations and stakeholder interests.
Join our vibrant team as a Working Student and support Allianz's global resilience efforts. You'll assist our experts with key projects by managing project schedules, contracts, meetings, agendas, minutes, and workshops. This role offers you the chance to enhance your organizational and project management skills while actively contributing to Allianz's innovative resilience initiatives.

Key responsibilities
Collaborate with across the team and with clients on ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Provide essential administrative support and manage back-office operations to facilitate smooth project execution. Support contract management activities, including the preparation, review, and maintenance of contractual documents. Work with cross-functional teams to support various departments, enhancing operational efficiency and synergy. Assist in managing projects of varying complexity using established methods, processes, and tools.
Key requirements
Enrollment in a German University in the filed of Economics, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field. You are in the early stages of your studies and you are fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Profound knowledge of MS Office (O365) General understanding of IT technology and processes, as well as an advanced understanding of information security & resilience processes and principles Ability to work independently in a structured manner A team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. (DROP DOWN) You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
