Working Student - HR Operations Support

We are now looking for a 

 

Working Student Human Resources (m/f/d) 22€/h
 
on temporary basis for up to-24 month.
 
Become part of our HR team in Hamburg (at the Bahrenfeld location). You will get to know both the operational and the strategic HR processes. As part of the team, you work independently from the start on the tasks assigned to you and at the same time use your freedom to advance the department with your ideas.
 
These are your tasks:
 

You're passionate about people and HR work, and you're thrilled to support various topics as needed (e.g., payroll accounting, HR system administration, processes and more).  You're actively involved in supporting our small HR team, particularly the HR manager, in managing day-to-day business.  You communicate effectively both in writing and over the phone with managers and employees.  You also create documents, review contracts, and get familiar with applicable tariff regulations.

 

The below will enable you to shine in this role:
 

You are a registered full-time student at a university (of applied science) You work in a structured, careful and proactive manner with the will to get things done You have good communication skills for teamwork, which after your induction can also be partly done from the home office You have very good knowledge with MS365 and are not afraid to familiarize yourself with our tool and application landscape Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
