At SAP, Technical Writers are called User Assistance Developers, because that’s what they do – they assist the users of our software.

As a working student in our User Assistance team, your job will be to support the team in its tasks. For this, you need to understand how the software works, become familiar with different types of consumers of product information, and support the creation of user-friendly product information based on complex technical information. In our unit, we are also acting as knowledge multiplier for our internal consumers of all reusable software, processes, and frameworks we deliver where we also need support.

We want to have the best user experience by using a more conversational and user-specific assistant approach when creating our assistant deliverables.
