Therefore, we orchestrate with more than 300 internal and external employees as well as 80 providers the applications and services which support our employees in all people-related topics.  

What part will you play?

We are looking for support in the following areas in the Talent Management Service:

You support technical operation activities in Siemens’ global recruiting platform (incl. handling of support tickets) You contribute to the analysis and evaluation of recruiting data You develop AI-based solutions You collaborate with team members to ensure continuous improvement (e.g. enhance existing processes, documentation, communication)

What you need to make real what matters.

You are currently studying successfully at a university in the field of Information Technology, Business Informatics, Mathematics or similar You have valid experience with MS Office. Experience with MS SharePoint would be great and experience with MS Power BI even better You have a basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexities You are interested in AI and already have some experience in Large Language Models You are communicative and like to collaborate with other people You are open-minded, creative and curious to learn new things You speak and write English fluently, German nice to have You live in Munich, Germany and can join our office on a regular base
