What You'll Do

BCG’s Global BST Engagement Co-Op will support our engagement, communications and program management across topics in the Business Services Team (BST), including key employee programs such as Teaming@BCG, People Manager Enablement, Performance Management (PDG), Learning Month and other priority HR initiatives targeting our non- consulting employees. Therefore, a confident and collaborative communicator and project manager with a desire to learn is required.

What You'll Bring

Strong English written and verbal communication skills.Project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and organizationKnowledge of the social media landscape and culture content marketing trendsGrowth mindset; desire to learn and do, challenge and stretch within the rolePrior work experience preferred

BCG’s Global BST People Engagement team with colleagues spread across the US, Spain, UK, and Germany! The team works to deliver communications, enablement and experience programs for our Business Services Teams.
