What You'll Do
We are looking for a strong candidate to support the marketing team of the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice Area in all marketing activities, ranging from internal and external communications, social media, organisation of virtual and face-to-face events to tracking, reporting and analysis of all marketing activities.

Conducting competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for development, enhancing the strategic impact of marketing initiatives.You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Munich.
What You'll Bring
You will be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding academic performance in STEM subjects, business or marketing, demonstrating a keen interest in gaining a comprehensive understanding of data and analytics. Prior experience in marketing and data analytics, statistics is preferred. Exceptional communication skills in English (German is welcome but not mandatory), coupled with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office, enabling the analysis, illustration of data, and preparation of compelling presentations and reports (Knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI is welcome but not mandatory). Proven organizational and project management competencies, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, showcasing attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. Creative and independent with a proven track record of reliability and a high ethical standard, capable of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a strong service mentality. Strong interpersonal skills, with an affinity for technology and innovation in marketing, eager to continuously develop and apply new skills in a fast-paced setting, including an interest in a holistic view of marketing strategies and execution.Who You'll Work With
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated and collaborative international team based in the US, UK and Germany. The Corporate Finance & Strategy marketing team is the largest practice area marketing team within BCG, supporting the practice area leadership and our consultants both regionally and globally in all areas of marketing, including external communications, social media, PR, internal communications, events, and thought leadership publications.
