**A Brief Overview**
The Analyst is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a Department/Unit's staff schedule and timekeeping and will provide service to various Departments/Units on a schedule-by-schedule basis. Deliver services relative to ongoing scheduling and timekeeping needs that arise between scheduling periods for all Departments/Units.

+ Performs all duties within the electronic Scheduling and Timekeeping System including but not limited to payroll and scheduling compliance, various reporting, position control, agency/contingent worker onboarding, interpreting policies/procedures.
+ Develops and manages Department/Unit schedules; performs regular needs assessments with Department/Unit leadership, including schedule balancing.
+ Manages Timekeeping as to personnel worked hours and run reports as needed, including accurate data entry of staff activity per shift and adjusts activity or pay codes.
+ Manages scheduling needs in accordance with leaves of absence (LOA, FMLA or Worker’s Compensation) requirements and regulations.
+ Maintains daily review, updating and data entry of assigned personnel timecards through the electronic timekeeping system to ensure up to date financial/payroll reporting.
+ Analyzes and generates various reports for Department/Unit Management Teams that may be utilized for coaching, counseling and/or disciplinary reasons per policy and regulatory procedure.
+ Facilitates and coordinates scheduling processes for the assigned Departments/Units to ensure that the appropriate staffing levels are achieved, maintained, and forecasted.
+ Plans, coordinates, and participates in the performance of varied and responsible work in the administration, project administration and operation of specialized programs or projects.
+ Provides varied and complex project administrative support and technical assistance to managerial staff including reconciliation and monitoring, report preparation and conducting preliminary analyses.
+ Manages and updates position control and personnel skills data with Department/Unit leadership for forecasting staffing/scheduling needs.
+ Serves as a consultant to leadership in developing staffing patterns, creating flexible scheduling alternatives, and arranging for extended employee absence.
+ Cross trained to perform staffing coordinator duties and functions as needed.
+ Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
**Education Qualifications**
+ Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
+ High school graduate required; higher education preferred.
**Experience Qualifications**
+ A minimum of one-year recent experience in a health care setting or three years in a clerical role, with proven organization skills and attention to detail is required. Required

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $42.49 - $55.24 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
