THE JOB:

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will create and implement scheduling solutions utilizing innovative software supplying staffing to all departments appropriate to dynamic business demands.  You will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Creates scheduling solutions for departments that account for current business demands as well as exceptionsCollaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and formulate efficiency strategiesDiscover new best practices to enhance staffing while following current labor agreements and adhere to all ethics and equity when managing the scheduling processManage Key Performance Indicators, including but not limited to Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA, and AHT on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisDetermine the balance between optimum scheduling, service expectations, and current legal/legislative requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Demonstrates a strong sense of pride in their workUtilizes Microsoft Office and office equipment with proficiencyDescribes themselves as detail-oriented and highly organizedEffectively communicates and has strong decision-making skillsManages multiple tasks simultaneouslyBrings 2+ years of prior relevant experience with scheduling and staffing
