Job Summary:
You will build innovative workforce and organizational development programs for skilled labor in the manufacturing industry. You will lead the development and implementation of strategic workforce and organizational development solutions, working closely with our business and HR teams to develop reskilling and upskilling programs. You will manage relationships with external partners at the regional and local level and work closely with our Diversity & Inclusion team on initiatives that create a diverse and skilled talent pipeline and foster opportunity for all.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.What you will do: Act as a strategic consultant to internal stakeholders across businesses in the implementation of workforce solutions to address skill needs and future opportunities. Design, create and incubate scalable solutions that develop and grow talent in manufacturing roles. This could include apprenticeships, reskilling programs, bootcamps or other workforce programs.Manage key relationships and partnerships with external consultants, academic institutions, re-skilling programs, industry groups, and vendors to ensure cutting-edge development for Trane Technologies.Measure effectiveness of solutions in partnership with business partners. Measures include business impact, ROI, and comparisons to external benchmarks to continuously improve current solutions.

Strategy Execution: Converting a chosen strategic plan into action. White space development: Identifying and creating new workforce programs and/or partnerships to address areas that are address long term talent challenges, using creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 110,000 to $160,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
