Workforce Development & Training Analyst

·         Partner with the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Workforce Development and Training (WFDT) team to design and develop training dashboards and analytics that meets State Regulatory Compliance training requirements and enterprise business needs.

·         Collects and compiles training metrics and data from various sources, including the human resource information system (HRIS) and third-party sources.

·         Develops and Maintains dashboard of training KPIs and Scorecards; presenting and explaining findings to WFDT and Senior HR leadership team.

o   Bi-weekly and monthly reports/dashboard for key training initiatives and compliance training

o   Quarterly and annual executive training dashboard/scorecard

·         Analyzes data for trends and patterns with attention to compliance training, Certificate programs for RNs and TMs, leadership development, and other enterprise-wide training initiatives.

·         Maintains data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit training data and troubleshoot irregularities.

·         Reports training status updates, including completions to field operations leadership to support state-specific and enterprise-wide regulatory compliance training.

·         Manages project deliverables and deadlines.

Experience:

·         Minimum three years of recent experience in Data & Analytics

·         Knowledge of various reporting tools such as Tableau/PowerBI/OTBI, SmartSheets,

·         Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel: Macros and Excel Pivots required).  SharePoint experience preferred.

·         Project management and administration/program management experience and understanding of project management methodologies.

·         Must be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and possesses strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus.

·         Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

·         Self-motivated with a high degree of personal agility and resilience.

·         Must respect the confidential nature of Human Resources.

·         Working in a growing, continually changing environment

 

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, informatics, HRIS or business applications
