Workforce Administrator Specialist
Job Description

Danfoss is hiring for an analytically-minded and systems-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our highly
dynamic Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, agile, and comfortable in a rapidlychanging environment. If you are an excellent problem solver with a knack for getting things done,

In this role, you will be responsible for system administration, program management, report building,
and ensuring an error free, high quality data environment.

Job Responsibilities

What you'll do/Duties (Essential Functions):
•    Provide day-to-day HRIS support to internal stakeholders
•    Support the development and maintenance of all HRIS elements, including, but not limited to,
data management, workflows/automation, integrations, internal controls, system upgrades,
configuration, policy mapping, and security management
•    Serve as a technical resource to assist in report building, querying/analyzing data, automating
processes, and system implementations
•    Perform routine audits and maintain the data integrity of our HRIS
•    Assist in the development of user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training for current
and new systems
•    Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies to streamline data flow
•    Partner closely with the HR team to ensure our HRIS is optimized to deliver a best-in-class
employee experience

Background & Skills

What we ask for/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:
•    2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS administration
•    Experience with integrations and implementing systems and processes
•    Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for process improvement and automation
•    Proficient Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides or Microsoft Office equivalent
•    Highly collaborative, including experience partnering with IT and other stakeholders
•    Experience in UKG, Employee Central, and SAP SuccessFactors preferred but not required
•    Bonus points for experience in data visualization and building dashboards
