About the role

We are building a new team in our EMEA Solution Centre (Czechia) who will work on the integration of our FNZ Studio technology for low code/no code customer platform implementations.

We are seeking software developers of all levels. 1 year+ experience with an Object Oriented language is preferred, however you will receive training on the FNZ Studio product in our training academy.

You will work in a structured team, together with a Project Manager responsible for the delivery, a Business Consultant responsible of collecting requirements / creating user stories and a Solution Architect responsible for the technical configuration and implementation of the user stories. Your role will be guided by the Solution Architect to implement on time and with high quality standards, the user stories assigned following an Agile delivery model.

Main responsibilities:Work as part of Group Operational Efficiency team, which is responsible for delivering operational efficiency automation projects across FNZ GroupCollaborate with analyst tester and developer colleagues to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria.Ensure the solution is well defined and fit-for-purpose.  It must meet the requirements and work end-to-end.  This will require a solid understanding of the underlying business processes involved in and surrounding the change.Provide solutions and recommendations for the resolution of technical issues that arise and ensure solutions meet the technical specs and design requirements.Help design and build APIs and external system interfaces for integration into core FNZ products and third-party vendor applications.Design and build the highly intuitive user interface and interactive workflow tools required by client and internal operational departments.Develop real-time workflow processing systems that support large volumes of trades every day in investment markets.
Requirements:

IT developer background, preferably on object-oriented languages (Java/C#)Strong team working attitude focused on goal deliveryGood English written/spoken1+ Years of experience (not mandatory)Degree Background
