Salary: up to £48,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: London

Contract: Full time permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Williams Lea seeks a Workflow Coordinator to join our creative team!

Purpose of role 

Ensuring that a first class service and experience is delivered to the client at all times always taking in to account customer journey and experience as well as Williams Lea contractual SLA’s and Operational requirements.

Responsible for the intake, prioritisation and deadline management of all client submissions. The role requires the individual to work as part of a team, liaising closely with clients, operators and colleagues to ensure all documents are amended and delivered as agreed.  

Key responsibilities 

(Management of requests through the Services Portal and Services email inboxManage submission of work from clients ensuring all relevant information is captured and submitted for each requestAdvising/Consulting clients on best practice for submissionTreating each request as uniqueTo act as a key client point of contactEstimating production times, agreeing deadlines and overall workflow management. Ensuring that all instructions are clear and documented in the work ticketClarifying any job-related queries before delivery to the creative teamTo build professional and working relationship with all clients and colleagues to promote a strong working teamRenegotiating deadlines. Ensuring the client is communicated to at an appropriate level and frequencyHandling all queries relating to documents from clients.  Offering clients solutions to problemsServices and requirements to conform to the Service Line Agreements (SLAs)Maintain a productive working atmosphere, which promotes teamwork, service excellence and commitment to daily production and contractual targets
