Workday Support Specialist
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Siemens is rolling out Workday globally, covering Human Capital Management (HCM), Compensation, Compensation Advanced, Talent, and Absence management based on standardized global processes. 
Join our team in the Czech Republic to support our global process owner team for HCM processes, data, compensation, and security.
Your role will be:Discovering and analyzing system issuesEvaluating country-specific process requirements and reported system issuesSupporting the design, operation, and maintenance of Workday HCM process configurationsEvaluating and testing new features provided by Workday releases to drive automation and process efficiencyMaintaining and setting up documentation for Workday configurations in this areaWe are seeking a talented individual with:General knowledge in all Workday functional areasOver 1 year of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support with a Workday partnerExperience in supporting or implementing Workday process configurations for large companiesStrong analytical and process design skillsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changesA solid understanding of the challenges and requirements for defining global standardsSpecific Skills: To excel in this role, you should have:3-5 years of experience and a deep understanding of process flows in large, complex companies.Experience in defining global processes with appropriate localization.Knowledge of HR processes and related data objects.Skills in analyzing process data, strong communication skills & language skills English B2-C1Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change.Experience in building custom reports and calculated fields (helpful).What can you gain by joining us?
