**Role:**
+ Must possess excellent analytical and logical skills.
+ JAVA and SQL is must.
+ Candidates with good programming skills and knowledge of computer science are preferred.
+ Candidates with IT Training Courses undergone from any IT Training Institute for Java is preferred.
+ Having exposure on J2EE, spring boot, hibernate, SQL will be of advantage
+ Must possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
+ Candidate must show ability and willingness to learn, be self-motivated, hardworking, and flexible, and result oriented.
+ Candidate must be willing to work in any location as per business needs.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Own Integration & Onboarding Application Development / AMS Support for American Express Client
+ Automate, identify opportunities & streamline process to reduce redundant effort in BAU space
+ Identify ways & Enable team to pick more green dollar work
+ Mentor 2-3 junior developers
+ Drive Innovation, Initiatives and process improvements.
