Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a Workday Principal HRIT Specialist to join our team!  In this role you will be the HCM Lead.

What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the Workday Core HR module. Liaise with other members of the HRIT team and Core HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules.Satisfy SOX requirements using the HRIT application development governance framework.Work with stakeholders to analyze requirements for requested enhancements and recommend technical solutions while considering priorities.Troubleshoot issues, test, and propose solutions by working with stakeholders and the HRIT Team.Workday with IT And Business groups to integrate acquisitions into the Workday platform.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

8+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR, with 6 years of experience with Workday HCM systems supporting Core HR.Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security.Strong understanding of HCM concepts including supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles, custom objects, document categories and change job templates.Experience with Reporting and Calculated Fields.Hands on experience with EIB loads.4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.Workday Pro - HCM Core Certification

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
