Workday Integrations Managing Consultant
As a member of the Workday Technical Practice, you will be focused on clients who are new to Workday and going through an initial Implementation and those who are live with Workday; working closely with clients throughout the duration of their partnership with Strada.
The Role
Work direct with our customers under the guidance and direction of our Project Leads on new integration deploymentsWork with multiple new and existing clients, building productive, in-depth relationshipsEngage with initial implementation teams to ensure a smooth transitionConsult with customers to deliver appropriate and forward-thinking solutionsParticipate in the integration discovery process, obtaining a thorough understanding of the client's business requirements and identifying the most appropriate integration approach,Translate the client's requirements into a detailed design that fully leverages the Workday integration toolsetFully utilize the Workday integration toolset to build robust integration solutions for our clientsInvestigate and deliver solutions to issues raised by customersConduct root cause analysis and guide the client in implementing improvements and preventative measuresParticipate in health checks on our client's Workday integration landscape; providing recommendations to ensure optimal performance, improve accuracy and ensure the client is maximizing their Workday investmentMentor and coach others in the team, helping to build their knowledge and skills in order to improve deliveryChampion our methodology to ensure consistency of service and completion of all milestones and deliverables to planProvide input into continuous process improvements based on your project experiences
The Requirements
5 to 7 plus years implementing HR, Payroll or Financials technical solutions with Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar applications5 to 7 plus years consulting experience, either within a consulting/software organization or as an internal consultant1 to 2 plus years of leading work through othersThorough understanding of and experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)Use excellent oral and written communications skills to engage with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsThis role does not support sponsorshipUp to 20% travelWorkday Studio Certification preferredWorkday Report/Prism Certification preferredWorkday Integrations Certified requiredIf not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certification, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, business or other relevant field of study
