This position requires strong knowledge of Workday configuration, understanding all solution components and how they inter-operate to support global business processes. You will act as the liaison between the vendors, the business, HR Partners and IT to meet and exceed end user expectations. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy reporting solutions that transform Workday data into consumable and actionable resources for business leaders. This position requires deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and touch points with HCM, compensation, payroll, benefits, and more, while providing expertise in building, testing and deploying complex reports.    You'll be tasked with executing system enhancements, including rolling out new functionalities and modifying existing ones. This includes coordinating and performing comprehensive tests, along with documenting the testing processes and providing post-implementation support. Additionally, you'll be involved in creating and maintaining job aids and knowledge-based articles to document processes. Your role will also encompass reporting key HR metrics (such as workforce, hires, retention, and turnover), talent metrics (promotion reporting, learning and development tracking, and performance management insights), and diversity, equity, and inclusion demographics. You'll also handle ad hoc reporting as needed. To be successful, you should be naturally curious and driven to pursue insights and improvements. You’ll need an outstanding ability to communicate proposed and developed solutions in a clear, precise, and actionable manner. You will thrive working independently, or collaboratively as part of a team but you’ll retain an “end-user perspective” seeking to deliver meaningful solutions in the most efficient way possible.   **The Job** + Partner with the stakeholders to design and configure proper solutions within functional configuration to meet business needs. + Collect and translate business process requirements into a functional solution design. + You will consult with stakeholders to identify key reporting requirements and then develop custom Workday reports, including advanced, matrix, trending, composite reports, dashboard and hubs. + Utilize Advanced Workday report writing experience, both in modifying delivered and creating custom reports, including composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards, which meet customer needs.   + Demonstrate an ability to leverage calculated fields and your understanding of Workday’s data architecture and business object model to recommend the most efficient solutions   + Apply knowledge of industry, product and functional best practices, and related technology trends to guide appropriate Workday solutions. + Troubleshoot Workday related issues and resolve in a timely manner, while providing sustainable solutions that support HR’s vision and mission   + Understand and enforce the overall solution architecture and proactively identify and address interdependencies across applications and work streams. + You will ensure strict data and privacy standards, while enhancing the value and integrity of data and support company security policies and standards. + Lead the implementation of design changes and manage new project/enhancement requests to streamline HR and payroll processes and create an efficient system environment. + Operate in a way that preserves overall system health; regularly engage with HR Operations and the business to understand operational challenges and aid in root cause problem resolution. **Qualifications & Skills Required** The role requires a talented, self-directed, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the following qualifications, experience, and skills: + 2+ years of Workday functional configuration experience in core HCM configuration and business process configuration administration is required. + 3 years of creating and configuring advanced reports and dashboards in Workday, including the development of complex calculated fields. + Experience in Workday functional configuration experience in Recruiting preferred. + Experience using PRISM preferred + Certified in Workday Core HCM + Certified in Workday Advanced Reporting preferred + Experience supporting other Workday functional areas preferred such as: Compensation, Talent/Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Journeys, Workday Help Knowledge and Case Management, + Have a general understanding of Workday security and data governance framework. + Experience gathering requirements, ability to break down high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and ability to distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. + A strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, when designing and configuring solutions.   + Exhibit and high level of analytical skills and critical thinking in testing. Ability to spot inconsistencies and be able to anticipate where issues might arise. + Excellent customer service and communication skills, with an ability to understand and communicate complex functional and technical solutions to HR and end users.   + Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives at one time under pressure.   + Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, and creativity.    + Self-starter with proven ability to anticipate problems and take proactive, decisive action, giving regard to the impact on the system, business needs and user population. + Effectively manage confidential data, and professional work with colleagues in establishing and adhering to data governance standards, along with ability to configure under data privacy and other regulatory requirements. + Ability to work effectively on virtual teams training sessions. **About Pitney Bowes** Pitney Bowes (NYSE:PBI) is a global technology company providing commerce solutions that power billions of transactions.
