Are you an experienced Workday HRIS Benefits Administrator with experience in the hospitality industry and have a passion working in the Workday Benefits platform? Whether you prefer to work remotely, hybrid, or at our amazing corporate office in Atlanta, we have the flexibility to accommodate your preferences.   

 

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Must have 6-8 Years of Experience in Workday Benefits Module - Must have advanced setup skill related to all BPs, Benefit Groups, Eligibility Rules and Open Enrollments for Nationwide Employers. 

Must have experience with Absence Module. Expert at eligibility rules for all portions of the system, including self funded and contract benefits

Must be able to set-up advanced time off plans and Leave of absences including union specific time off plans (accrual time off, time off plans)

Able to Understand Union CBA and create plans related to such. Must be able to setup Holiday Calendars and edit calculations related to those. 

 

You will be reporting directly to our HR Systems Manager and working alongside the Benefits Director. You will be responsible for assisting Workday users by providing ongoing support to ensure data accuracy and system optimization.  If you have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and great customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications Hospitality industry experience preferred.Must have 6-8 Years of Experience in Workday Benefits Module - Must have advanced setup skill related to all BPs, Benefit Groups, Eligibility Rules and Open Enrollments for Nationwide Employers. Must have experience with Absence Module.
