Job Requirements

Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to add an organized, driven, and knowledgable Workday HRIS Analyst to our growing Human Resources team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing Workday questions, resolving issues and questions submitted to our internal ticket system, building reports, and validating requested enhancements or workarounds. You will take part in meeting with stakeholders and understanding business needs that Workday can solve. In this role, you will be required to have excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities

Managing and resolving internal tickets on WorkdayBuilding Workday reports and dashboards to meet business needsAssist in assessing business need for enhancements or workaroundsTesting and feedback on enhancements, audits, and needed training materialsOther HR duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in project management, organizational business, or resolving internal business issuesPrior technical experience in HRIS Systems (Workday) preferredAbility to problem solve, communicate, and collaborate in a fast-paced environmentTechnical certificate in Workday would be a big plus
