Workday HCM in more than 45 countries and aims to roll out Workday world wide
based on global processes. Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is
supporting the Operations across different Workstreams.
In general we expect you to have
3+ Years General knowledge across all Workday functional areas 2+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday HCM / HR Admin, ideally for various companies/clients Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service Streamlining and Management of Multiple languages in Workday Workday Trainings / certifications in focus areaWorking together with the Functional Process Owners and the HCM Advisor & Operations Team for Workday will comprise:
Discover and analyze HCM issues in the system and review solution approaches Identify and realize improvements within the Workday HCM area Centrally coordinate and streamline multi-language changes and setups across various Workday modules Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team (e.g. to verify and control the correctness and consistency of data) Implement Change Requests based on Solution Designs including IT-Testing and Deployment Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs) Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries Documentation of activities according to the compliance frameworkSPECIFIC SKILLS
Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and process landscape to drive Changes in HCM and languages Excellent knowledge in implementing and maintaining Workday business processes, supervisory organizations, assignments, companies, realizing reorganization within an established data model Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
