Job Description Summary:
This role involves collaborating with HR and other stakeholders to implement, maintain, and enhance Workday modules. The ideal candidate will ensure the system meets organizational needs while improving HR processes and data-driven decision-making. This person will be a member of the HCM Transformation team, reporting to the Director of ERP Transformation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
+ Configure and update system modules, workflows, and functionalities to meet evolving business needs
+ Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Workday super users in all HCM modules, to include recruiting, benefits, talent, learning, core, and others
+ Partner with HR to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
+ Support Workday upgrades and testing
+ Manage and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system security
+ Maintain Mohegan Job Catalog, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates
+ Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making
+ Support audits and compliance activities by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
+ Maintain awareness of current trends in HCM through classes (online or live), reading, and conferences, continuously increasing HR Technology application/tools knowledge
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Two + years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in HCM or HR systems projects Workday experience a plus
+ Experience in business transformation, process improvement, or change management in HR
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
+ Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
+ A “go-getter” attitude to be self-motivated and driven

Training Requirements:
+ Knowledge of Mohegan corporate and department policies and procedures
+ Workday specific module training
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
+ Remote position
+ Must be able to use computer continually for an extended period
+ 10% travel may be required for this position
+ May require occasional weekend and evening work
+ Must be able to work flexible hours
