A career in our Managed Services team will provide you an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology.Our Testing as a Service team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations and our PwC implementation and managed services teams delivery testing solutions and testing excellence through automated testing. We execute client centric test scripts and scenarios that are linked to specific detailed user personas and user stories to drive tailored results for our clients . Through our testing managed services we focus on maximizing testing execution with transparency of outcomes with the goal of minimizing go-live risk and post go-live issues. As part of our testing as a service offering we work across a variety of enterprise level technology platforms and solutions such as Oracle, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow and more.

As a Workday Functional Tester in the Managed Services Platform, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Overall 4+ years of Experience in Workday platform.
3+ years of experience in managed services or postproduction release testing
2+ years of hands-on experience in testing domain
In-depth functional knowledge of any Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Time and Talent. Multiple module knowledge / certification is added advantage.
Certification in one or more Workday modules
Experience in working with client partners to understand their business requirements and help develop, configure and test the solutions.
Assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal reviews
Conduct working sessions with client to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
Experience in analyzing Workday releases updates to understand impacts of the feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
Resolve functional issues, understand & implement complex business scenarios
Reporting & Controlling defects
Support in analysis of complex business scenarios.
Excellent spoken and written communication to explain the methods to a technical and non-technical audience.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to automation testing using tools such as TOSCA, Opkey, Selenium, UFT is a plus
Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs.
Being a game changer by finding any possible improvements to Test Process or even Tested Software.
Experience in using multiple test management tools such as Solution Manager, Jira, HP ALM, qTest, Rally etc.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
The ability to think laterally and 'outside the box.'
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and the persistence to apply different techniques to get the job done.
