Technical Directors engage in a multitude of industry and Practice responsibilities. They identify gaps in practice knowledge… discover strategies to enhance capabilities… develop detailed project plans… manage budgets and resource loads …and leverage expertise across the organization. They also handle engagement economics, develop/manage senior level client relationships, and ensure high-level quality/efficiency on projects and deliverables.

But the job’s challenges… complexities… contributions… they will bring you robust professional growth—and profound personal satisfaction.QualificationsHuron requires a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experienceMinimum 7 years of related experience implementing or using WorkdayMinimum 3 years of related project leadership experienceLeading large scale clients preferably in healthcare settings ( multi-site locations)Willingness to travel up to 50%Holds active Workday Certification (Financials preferred)Experience leading medium to large scale Financials (or similar) implementation projectsExperience with Workday Financials in both development and administrative rolesExperience with automation and integration of Workday FinancialsExtensive knowledge of ExcelExtensive knowledge FP&A processes and activitiesDeep experience in solution design and architecture, complex application integrations, and data conversionThe ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron technical staffThe ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and durationAbility and willingness to support pursuit activities by attending and participating in orals as a technical expertThe estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $227,500 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
