Experis is currently looking for Workday consultants for long term remote opportunity. Consultants from EST/CST are highly preferred.
**Job Title: Workday Consultant**
**Location: Remote**
**Pay Range: $90-95/hr**
**What’s the Job?**
Software Engineering is responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting applications, systems and IT products required to achieve the company's business objectives.

+ Strong Leadership skills and Strategic Thinking Workday System Configuration HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking Provide Global Solutions and Support Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze system functionality that will help drive more efficient processes and provide and communicate recommendations to HR and the business on new solutions Research Workday system documentation through Workday Community to support user requests/resolve issues.
+ Work on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
+ Able to multi-task and change directions in fast paced environment between Projects and Critical Run Support activities as needed Take initiative to continuously improve on processes and foster innovative solutions
+ Ability to lead conversations with teams including leaders
+ Requirements gathering for project related work and enhancement requests related to Workday
+ Ability to anticipate End to End impacts for new/modified functionality starting from data entry to downstream data flow and encompass broader than supported Workday application
+ Ability to set technology direction and oversee successful delivery and/or support of the solution
+ Provide technical oversight of managed service IT run partners as it relates to HR HCM and HR data integration Collaborate with Human Resource clients as well as other EIT teams HRIT governance and security policy adherence
+ Participate and remediate any SOX audit requirements May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
**What’s Needed?**
+ Qualifications/Skills 5+ years of experience in build, test and deployment of integrations between Workday and benefits providers (Alight, MetLife, Principal).
+ Workday Configuration HCM Specialized functional Payroll, Recruiting, or Compensation experience a plus
+ Advanced understanding of object oriented architecture Strong written and oral communications
+ Strong Leadership skills
+ Global Experience in a HR HCM system Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
