What You'll Do The Work Methods is responsible for consulting with employees at various levels to proactively identify performance support needs and recommend and develop solutions that optimize productivity in support of department strategies and goals. This includes performing needs analysis and developing effective employee educational programs and materials utilizing various channels and delivery methods. Also you will be responsible for anticipating the needs and developing processes that enhance. What You'll Bring Job Responsibilities + This includes creating and maintaining work methods and construction standards and maintain the work tool inventory + Responsible areas may include operations and maintenance, asset management, reliability, safety, and training + Performs a wide variety of activities associated with transmission line, substation, and distribution line construction and maintenance activities + Performs instructional design of employee educational programs, eLearning modules, simulations and materials utilizing various channels and delivery methods. + Develops and delivers online and classroom training. Trains others to deliver training. Minimum Experience Required + Work Methods Level Require: 2-3 years Operations or relevant experience. In lieu of Operations experience, a degree is required and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in teaching/training. + 5 years Operations experience. In lieu of Operations experience, a degree is required and minimum of 5 years' experience in teaching/training. + Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Strong analysis, decision making and problem-solving skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
