Work Intake Associate (M-F 8-5)

Under the direct supervision of the manager, the CDMS Associate is responsible for performing general database management in support of client operations.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nOpen mail using both electronic and manual opening devices\nIdentify the contents of each envelope as either processable or not processable\nPrepare processable documents for scanning\nPut document pages in the correct order\nInsert admin sheets as needed\nIdentify if documents are original or copies\nFill out a batch cover sheet\nScan documents into the company's workflow system using a desktop scanner\nEnsure that the electronic images are clear and that all pages were captured\nRelease the document into the workflow system\nStore documents in batch boxes by date and batch number\nAudit batch boxes for errors before secure destruction\nPrepare electronic documents for downstream processing\nCompare electronic image to extracted data\nCorrect, add, or delete data as needed\nIdentify and assign the correct work processing ID\nRelease the document for downstream processing\nResearch\nLocate customer accounts and contracts, in multiple systems, using personal identifiers supplied by the customer.\nRead notes on accounts and contracts to determine where a document needs to be routed\n\n

Qualifications and Requirements:\n\nTemporary full-time position\nMonday to Friday 7AM to 4PM or 8AM to 5PM\nRequires 2 hours of overtime on the day immediately following a holiday (unless the Associate has a scheduled day off on that day)\nVoluntary overtime will be solicited if there is a business need\n\n

Candidate requirements:\n\n
\u2022 High School diploma or equivalent
\u2022 Must be able to pass background check, fingerprint check and credit check
\u2022 Must be fully proficient in using the following Microsoft tools\nOutlook
o Word
o Excel - data entry
\u2022 Must be able to use multiple screens to navigate multiple systems\/windows concurrently
\u2022 Must be able to type 55WPM
\u2022 Prior experience in document processing, data entry or administrative services a plus
\u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills
\u2022 Comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
\u2022 Comfortable working under a deadline
\u2022 Strong attention to details\n\n
