Head Girls Flag Football Coach ( Fall Sport ) Job Summary: Notre Dame High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Coach for our Girls Flag Football program. The Head Coach will be responsible for developing a competitive and character-driven program that aligns with the school’s mission and values. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to cultivate a positive team culture while ensuring the growth and development of student-athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Plan and lead structured practices, conditioning programs, and game strategies. Foster a positive and disciplined team culture that prioritizes academic success, leadership, and personal growth. Supervise assistant coaches and provide guidance on player development and team dynamics. Evaluate players and make decisions regarding team selection, positions, and playing time. Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for games and tournaments. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school administration, and athletic department staff. Ensure compliance with school, league, and CIF rules and regulations. Promote the program within the school and local community to encourage participation and support.
