Our client, a leader in advanced air mobility technology, is seeking a Wiring Electrical Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Wiring Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering department supporting Aircraft Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, strong collaboration skills, and hands-on experience with aerospace wiring harnesses, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Wiring Electrical Systems Engineer **Location** : Oxford GA 30054 **Pay Range:** $40-$45/hour **What’s the Job?** + Lead harness routing, installation, and manufacturability efforts in coordination with design, quality, and production teams. + Verify 3D CAD harness layouts and develop the harness build plan, including line layout, tools, part flow, and test methods. + Create work instructions, inspection criteria, and jigs/fixtures for harness manufacturing and integration. + Troubleshoot harnesses and electrical systems; support harness installation during aircraft assembly. + Conduct PFMEA, support first unit builds, develop tooling and automation specifications, and assist with supply chain coordination. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering. + 3–5 years of experience with wiring harnesses in aerospace or automotive manufacturing. + Hands-on experience with crimping, cable layup, shielding, pinning, depinning, and rework/repair. + Working knowledge of DFM principles, lean manufacturing, and electrical test methods. + Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry. + Professional growth and development opportunities. + A collaborative and dynamic work environment. + Stability and long-term career potential.
