Winter Co-op 2025 - Manufacturing Engineering - Victorville, CA 

As a 2025 Winter Co-op - Manufacturing Engineering in Victorville, CA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution.  You will be a part of a large complex plant producing majority of our portfolio at KDP. You will be working in a very dynamic, rewarding, challenging manufacturing environment. Each intern will have real responsibilities and will be provide ample opportunity to grow professionally. Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2025 Winter Co-op Program will run January 6 – May 23, 2025Full-time; 40 hours per weekMonday-Friday8:00am until 5:00pm In-Person

As a Summer Co-op you will:

Gain knowledge in executing operational plans and projects, including DMS (Daily Management Systems) for day-to-day operations, QMS (Quality Management Systems), new equipment and software startups, and innovative product qualifications. Participate in AGILE project management and lead the verification and testing of Manufacturing software and applications. Influence software capabilities to achieve six sigma quality performance and enhance Quality Management System. Assist with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including participation in Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams.

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environmentParticipate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leadersReceive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presentingBe paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your networkComplete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders Requirements Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering or another related fieldAvailable to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starterStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
