Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Starting pay rate of $17.50, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
Benefits: Full and part-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary:
Ticket sellers will serve as the first point of contact to assist guests from around the world with a range of products from day tickets to season passes, helping to ensure a smooth transition from the parking lot to the lifts.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Work with a fun, laid-back team on computerized-information systems from an indoor location
Greet and assist guests with online purchasing outdoors
Assist with answering phones and texts
Help describe offerings and troubleshoot technical issues for guests
Process credit card transactions
Answer questions and help direct guests for the best Beast experience
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Assist with snow removal
Job share in other areas at resort
Perform other tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors in a cold environment
Previous experience working with a computerized information system and/or Microsoft Teams is a plus
Work schedule will include holidays and weekends
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and at times with little supervision
Must be able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Good verbal communication skills
Comfort navigating a mobile device is a must
A love for helping others solve technical problems is a plus
